What does the Pension Clarity Conversation actually cover?
During this session, we review your EPF (KWSP) statement and, where applicable, any civil or armed forces pension records you have. We then prepare a written summary in plain English explaining your current entitlements, any gaps we notice, and options available to you — without any obligation to take further steps.
My EPF withdrawal was declined. Can you help with that?
Yes. Our Pension Resolution Support service is designed for exactly this situation. We review the grounds for the decline, help you gather the correct documentation, and prepare a formal response to KWSP or the relevant authority on your behalf. The process is orderly and we keep you informed at each step.
How long does the resolution process typically take?
Timelines depend on the complexity of the case and how promptly the relevant authority responds. Straightforward matters may be addressed within four to eight weeks. More involved cases — particularly those requiring multiple correspondences — may take longer. We will give you a realistic estimate once we have reviewed your situation.
Is my personal information kept confidential?
Absolutely. All information you share with us — including financial records, identification documents, and personal details — is handled with strict confidentiality. We share nothing outside our office without your written consent.
Can the Family Retirement Care Engagement cover a deceased parent's pension?
Yes. Survivor pension documentation for dependants is included in that service. We assist families in preparing the necessary paperwork to claim survivor benefits under applicable civil service or EPF rules, ensuring that documents are correctly compiled and submitted.
What are your fees and how are they structured?
Our fees are fixed per service: Pension Clarity Conversation at RM 560, Pension Resolution Support at RM 1,210, and Family Retirement Care Engagement at RM 1,930. These are clearly stated at the start of our engagement and do not change mid-service without your agreement. We will go through this in detail before you decide on anything.
